- Manage and develop a commercial insurance book
- Support commercial producers with client relationships, policy servicing, and claims support
- Deliver personalized insurance advice and solutions to clients
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial insurance
- A Level 1 insurance license in Alberta (mandatory)
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Experience with diverse industries such as construction, real estate, farming, trucking, or oil and gas preferred
- Proficiency in insurance management systems like Epic is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team supporting commercial sales
