Personal Lines Sales Broker

Join our client's dynamic team as a Personal Lines Sales Broker, where you'll have the opportunity to turn warm referrals into satisfied clients by providing expert advice on a variety of personal insurance products. Compensation
Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions and the potential to earn up to $5,000 in bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound warm referrals into bound policies for home, condo, rental, and auto insurance products across Alberta
• Guide clients through the application, quoting, and onboarding process
• Achieve monthly new business targets through proactive client engagement
• Provide exceptional service via in-person meetings and ongoing communication to foster client relationships
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and product offerings

Qualifications

• Valid Level 1 or Level 2 Alberta insurance license
• Minimum of 2+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience with proven success in closing deals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Efficient in quoting across multiple markets and insurance platforms
• Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
