We are hiring an HR Administrator to support a busy HR team with day-to-day operations. This role is highly transactional and system-focused, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors administration, employment documentation, and pre-employment coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and confident navigating HR systems in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be starting immediately for 3 months with potential for extension.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and issue offer letters using SuccessFactors and DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and correct clause selection
- Coordinate onboarding activities including candidate communication, system setup, and tracking
- Manage pre-employment testing (scheduling, tracking results, and documentation)
- Prepare job change letters and process employment transactions using standardized templates
- Maintain tracking logs to support audit, reconciliation, and reporting requirements
- Execute HRIS transactions in SuccessFactors including hires, onboarding, job changes, and rehires
- Create and maintain position data, ensuring accuracy of fields, approvals, and tracking attributes
- Monitor and resolve basic system issues (e.g., data errors, duplicate entries), escalating as needed
- Generate reports and support data clean-up activities
- Monitor HR inbox and respond to internal inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic employee records and support general HR administration
- Assist with invoice processing, coding, and approvals
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of HR administrative experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
- Experience supporting full employee lifecycle transactions (offers, onboarding, changes)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, transactional work
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
