Our client, a well-established organization in their industry, is seeking a Global Payroll Administrator to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a fully on-site opportunity supporting a dynamic, high-volume payroll function across multiple regions. Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting system improvements and audit activities.

- Competitive salary range of $55,000 – $70,000 + 8% bonus

- Process full-cycle, high-volume payroll (500–700 employees) on a bi-weekly and semi-monthly basis across multiple regions
- Perform manual payroll entries, including timesheets, adjustments, and off-cycle payments
- Maintain and support payroll systems (Workday and ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and review payroll journal entries in partnership with accounting
- Administer and monitor benefits and retirement deductions (e.g., health plans, RRSP, 401(k))
- Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll and time tracking
- Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with multi-provincial and multi-state regulations
- Assist with process improvements, documentation, and payroll-related projects
- Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll (international payroll exposure is an asset)
- Experience with Workday and/or ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Comfortable with manual payroll processing and time entry
- Solid understanding of multi-state and multi-provincial payroll legislation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
