Our client is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with experience in employment law to provide essential support to their legal team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare pleadings, legal documents, and correspondence
- Manage lawyers' calendars and scheduling
- Assist clients with phone inquiries and case updates
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle expense reports and oversee billing administration
- Legal Assistant Diploma preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in employment law
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
