Real Estate Legal Assistant

Our client is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with experience in commercial and residential real estate to support a team of busy lawyers in corporate and real estate law.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Manage and maintain lawyers' calendars
• Prepare expense reports and handle billing
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Open and close legal files
• Perform various legal administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Legal Assistant Diploma from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
