Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with a local growing organization in Winnipeg to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk for an immediate temporary opportunity for a minimum 3 month term. This role may also extend, and/or become temporary to hire.

  • Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors 
  • Review and reconcile daily sales reports for accurate coding and update Excel reports 
  • Data entry of customer account information and payments 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and staff
  • Issue and process charge cards for customer accounts and maintain accurate account records 
  • Resolve account discrepancies and ensure account reconciliations are accurate 
  • Assist with collections on overdue accounts 
  • Assist with various administrative and accounting projects as required 
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting 
  • Two plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable 
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A criminal background check is required
