We are working with a growing, family-run insurance brokerage in Calgary looking for a Personal Lines Service Broker professional to join their team.
This role is primarily focused on Personal Lines servicing, administration, and policy processing, supporting an established book of business. You’ll work closely with the brokerage owners and play an important role in managing day-to-day client and policy needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of insurance or brokerage experience who wants to take on more responsibility and grow with a small, entrepreneurial brokerage.

Work Environment
This is a 5-day in-office position working closely with the brokerage owners and a small team.
The typical schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility between 30–40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Personal Lines policy changes and endorsements
- Handle vehicle additions and other client policy requests
- Collect and review required documentation
- Update policies and client information in the broker management system
- Prepare and send policy documents to clients
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up when required
- Complete Personal Lines quotes for Auto and Property
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding quotes and policy questions
- Support general day-to-day brokerage administration
- Ensure policies and client information are processed accurately
- 1–2 years of insurance or brokerage experience
- Personal Lines experience preferred
- Experience with Auto and Property insurance
- Valid insurance licence — Level 1, 2, or 3
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows and policy servicing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment
- EPIC or other broker management system experience is an asset
- Punjabi and/or Hindi language skills are highly preferred due to the brokerage's client base.

Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 - $50,000+ based on experience
