Our client, a well-established organization in the residential homebuilding industry, is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join their team in Calgary, AB. Permanent Opportunity!
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills who enjoys working with people and managing multiple details at once. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for homebuyers from the time their home is sold through to possession.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70K–$80K
- Discretionary bonus of approximately 5%–20%
- Permanent, full-time position
- On-site for the first 6 months, with the possibility of working from home 1 day per week afterward
- Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 3 weeks’ vacation
- 5 personal days

- $45/month cellphone allowance
- Local travel within Calgary with kilometer reimbursement
- Be the main point of contact for homebuyers throughout the homebuilding process
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Manage paperwork, documentation, and customer records
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
- Help customers with design and material selections
- Review plans, selections, and change orders for accuracy
- Track timelines and important milestones
- Address customer concerns and work with internal teams to find solutions
- Keep internal teams and suppliers updated on customer requests and changes
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding items
- Work closely with other departments to provide a smooth customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of customer service, administration, coordination, or related experience
- Homebuilding experience is an asset but not required
- Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, or other customer-focused environments will be considered
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Positive, team-oriented approach
- Valid driver's licence and ability to drive, as local travel is required
