Personal Lines Account Manager

Step into a pivotal role in a thriving insurance brokerage as a Personal Lines Account Manager! Compensation

• Salary of $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and service a portfolio of personal insurance clients, ensuring tailored solutions
• Prepare applications, quotes, proposals, and binders for new and renewal policies
• Support business growth by assisting in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts
• Process policy changes, COIs, and endorsements efficiently
• Maintain meticulous and current client records within the broker management system (EPIC)
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquires and requests
• Keep up-to-date on market conditions and industry best-practices

Qualifications

• RIBO License
• At least 2 years' experience in managing personal lines accounts
• Knowledge and familiarity with various insurer portals and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to details
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC and ARS is a bonus
• Capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment
