Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are excited to partner with our client on an immediate, ongoing opportunity for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Winnipeg. Multiple full-time positions are available.

Compensation
- Expected hourly pay rate is $24.00 - $25.50, commensurate with experience
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and processes
- Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Stay up to date on products, services, and internal procedures
- Meet established service, quality, and productivity standards
- Work closely with team members and leadership to support overall service goals
- Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of customer service or contact centre experience is preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be available to work onsite in Winnipeg
- Criminal background check is required
