Compensation
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Deliver a positive, friendly, and solution-focused experience with every interaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Learn and stay current on products, services, and company procedures
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of customer service or contact centre experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications while assisting customers
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Must be available to work onsite in Winnipeg
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Criminal background check is required
