We are hiring an Executive Assistant for our Tri-Cities client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience to further develop their skills while supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Opportunity
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and communications. This role also supports office operations and helps coordinate internal meetings, events, and cross-functional initiatives.

You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced organization where you'll have the opportunity to build your executive support and business operations experience while making a meaningful contribution to the team.

About the Position
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items to support day-to-day operations.
  • Support the administrative and operational needs of the office.
The Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Degree or diploma in a related field is considered an asset.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, correspondence, and email communications.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary of $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
