Our client is seeking a Digital Enablement Analyst to provide senior-level coordination, analysis, intake, assessment, tracking, reporting, and decision-support across digital enablement initiatives—including modernization, automation, data enablement, platform assessment, renewals, and technical debt.
In this role, you will help clarify business needs, expected value, ownership, readiness, risks, dependencies, governance considerations, and recommended progression paths for technology-related requests.

What You’ll Do
Digital enablement intake & pipeline visibility
- Coordinate intake for digital enablement and technology-related requests.
- Clarify business need, expected value, ownership, required information, dependencies, risks, readiness, and next steps.
- Maintain visibility across modernization, automation, data enablement, renewals, platform assessments, and technical debt.
- Track status, ownership, constraints, decision points, sequencing, and recommended progression paths.
- Support a consistent intake/triage approach that improves transparency and request quality.
- Apply intake, gating, readiness, and assessment criteria to support consistent evaluation and routing.
- Assess requests for scope, value, risk, dependencies, readiness, and capacity considerations.
- Prepare rationale and recommendations (proceed / pause / defer / redirect / escalate).
- Identify recurring gaps and recommend improvements to tools, templates, criteria, and guidance.
- Support lifecycle, renewal, platform assessment, rationalization, and technical debt analysis.
- Coordinate with business areas and delivery partners to clarify problem statements, value, readiness, and constraints.
- Prepare summaries, trackers, and leadership decision-support materials.
- Engage business areas, delivery partners, product owners, sponsors, and governance participants.
- Translate requests into structured opportunity profiles, problem statements, and assessment summaries.
- Support intake reviews, working sessions, and follow-ups to maintain momentum and decision readiness.
- Produce regular reporting on demand, status, progress, constraints, outcomes, risks, and decisions required.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, decision logs, and status views to support transparency and follow-through.
- Provide concise analysis for leadership briefings, prioritization discussions, and planning.
- Document templates, intake guidance, assessment criteria, reporting approaches, and decision-support materials.
- Recommend continuous improvements to intake, triage, assessment, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
- Support knowledge transfer for in-flight work and open decisions.
Required
- Degree or diploma in IT (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related).
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience as a business analyst / digital enablement analyst (or similar) in digital enablement, modernization, technology planning, or enterprise coordination.
- Experience coordinating structured intake, assessment, prioritization support, stakeholder engagement, and reporting in a complex environment.
- Experience producing analysis, dashboards, trackers, business cases, and decision-support materials for leadership/governance audiences.
- Experience with digital transformation, data enablement, technical debt, strategic planning, governance, or enterprise modernization.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and delivery approaches.
- Experience applying business case/value assessment and decision-framing concepts.
- Experience in pensions/benefits, public sector, or a regulated environment.
