  • Long-standing, Lower Mainland electrical contractor with deep experience across service + project delivery, and a strong safety/workmanship culture. 
  • Known for being solutions-oriented and structured (good environment for a PC to learn “the right way” and grow). 
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Electrical Project Coordinator role supporting a major healthcare/institutional job site in Vancouver (on-site project office).
  • Opportunity to work on a large scale project 
  • Strong Project Management support team and opportunities to advance
ABOUT THE POSITION
  • Support the PM team with project administration and coordination: RFIs, submittals, tracking logs, purchasing support, documentation, and schedule touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and other trades to keep work fronts ready and constraints removed.
  • Keep communication tight and proactive—bring issues forward early, not late.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years supporting construction projects (electrical background preferred).
  • Strong documentation habits (logs, follow-ups, “nothing falls through the cracks”).
  • Any exposure to healthcare/institutional standards is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable being on-site and working in a structured project environment.
  • Red Seal Electrical ticket a strong asset
COMPENSATION
  • $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
  • Benefit premiums 100% covered by employer
  • Discretionary annual bonuses
  • RRSP matching
