- Established electrical contractor with significant Lower Mainland presence, delivering a mix of service, small projects, tenant improvements, and special projects.
- Strong service culture: responsive, solutions-driven, and built around long-term client relationships (including recurring service agreements).
- High-priority hire: lead a busy service/special projects group (think recurring service work plus projects up to ~mid-six-figures).
- Work is typically not downtown-centric—more spread across Metro Vancouver with a number of clients with signed master service agreements including universities, colleges and municipalities.
- This is a great seat for a PM/Service Manager who likes pace, variety, repeat clients, and building a high-performing service workflow.
- Manage a portfolio of service and special projects with recurring clients (service agreements + ad-hoc work).
- Own estimating support, planning, execution, client communication, margin/profit accountability, and team coordination.
- Improve systems: scheduling, prioritization, closeout discipline, and repeatable processes to keep service profitable and predictable.
- Strong electrical PM background with service/small-project agility within the Lower Mainland (comfortable switching gears quickly).
- Proven ability to run multiple work orders/projects without losing control of documentation, billing, and client comms.
- Commercial mindset: understands profitability levers, change control, and operational discipline.
- Leadership-by-example style—can coordinate field teams and keep standards high.
- $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
- Bonus eligibility tied to profitability - very transparent on this
