Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant with three to five years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate law. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support, ensuring transactions and corporate records are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to residential and commercial real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate file management from opening to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Handle corporate filings, maintain minute books, and perform various corporate administrative tasks.
  • Prepare legal correspondence and documentation as required.
  • Liaise with clients, lawyers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of experience as a Real Estate Legal Assistant, with exposure to both residential and commercial real estate matters.
  • Experience with corporate filings, maintaining minute books, and corporate administrative procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • CORES Level 1 certification is considered an asset.
