Our client is searching for motivated and client-focused Junior Life Insurance Sales Advisor to join their growing team in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their insurance career who is passionate about helping individuals and families protect their financial futures. You will work alongside experienced advisors, build your client base, and develop the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in life insurance sales.

Compensation
- $45,000 to $60,000 + commission

- Prospect and develop new client relationships through inbound leads, networking, referrals, and outreach activities
- Conduct needs-based assessments to understand clients' financial goals and protection needs
- Present and recommend appropriate life insurance products and solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within the CRM system
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for policy reviews or additional coverage
- Stay current on product offerings, industry regulations, and licensing requirements
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and activity metrics
- An active LLQP license or willingness to obtain
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, financial services roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable way
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with CRM platforms
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an asset
