Our long-standing client is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join their insurance brokerage team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, managing their insurance portfolios and delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. You will work with a broad range of personal lines products including home, auto, tenant, condo, and umbrella coverage.

Compensation
- $55,000 to $75,000 in base salary, commensurate with experience

- Manage an existing book of personal lines business, handling renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and coverage changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide clients with knowledgeable advice on their coverage needs, identifying gaps and recommending appropriate solutions
- Remarketing policies at renewal to ensure clients receive competitive rates and adequate coverage
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Process policy documentation, certificates of insurance, and correspondence through EPIC
- Liaise with insurance company underwriters to negotiate terms, resolve coverage issues, and advocate on behalf of clients
- Assist clients through the claims process, acting as a liaison between the client and the insurer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with brokerage procedures and regulatory requirements
- Stay current on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in personal lines servicing
- Valid RIBO license (OTL may be considered but must obtain RIBO in a given time-frame)
- Proficiency with EPIC
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products, coverage terms, and insurance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- CIP or CAIB designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
