Stacey Danley at Aplin is excited to partner with our client, an award-winning construction company, to find a skilled Customer Service Coordinator. Located on the south side of Winnipeg, this role is a great fit for an administrative professional looking for their next opportunity.
This is a full-time permanent Monday to Friday position. Office hours are 8am-4:30pm.

- Coordinate appointments and schedules between customers and external vendors
- Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience at every interaction
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate several computer programs simultaneously
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging customer situations with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience or knowledge of residential construction is considered an asset but is not required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive, outgoing personality with a natural ability to build relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
