Are you a seasoned construction leader looking to make a broader impact beyond a single project? This Construction Manager opportunity offers the chance to mentor Project Managers, shape project execution strategies, and play a key role in the successful delivery of major mechanical construction projects for one of the Lower Mainland's most established contractors.
About Our Client
Our client is a locally owned and operated mechanical contractor based in the Lower Mainland and recognized as a leader in building systems across Western Canada. They deliver plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection solutions across major construction projects as well as ongoing service work.
Their model is built around consistency, reliability, and technical expertise, with in-house capabilities that support construction delivery, design-build assist, BIM and virtual design coordination, and fire protection system design, installation, service, and inspection.
About the Opportunity
Our client is hiring a Construction Manager to join their Construction Team. This is a senior, delivery-focused role responsible for mechanical design coordination, pricing support, and project execution, ensuring alignment between design intent, constructability, schedule, and cost.
This search is being run thoughtfully, with a focus on long-term fit. The team has a solid foundation in place, and this hire is intended to strengthen project leadership capacity and support continued performance across active work.
About the Position
The Construction Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for driving consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple projects by overseeing and supporting a team of Project Managers and field leadership. Rather than being assigned to manage a single project day-to-day, this position focuses on building alignment, improving communication, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the right planning and controls are in place so projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This role plays a key part in mechanical design coordination, pricing support, and overall execution strategy, ensuring alignment between design intent, constructability, schedule, and cost objectives across the portfolio.
