Our client, a well-established and highly profitable agency is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow their Kelowna office. This role is perfect for a leader ready to make a significant impact, manage a talented team, and contribute to the growth of the office.
The branch has a dedicated team of Personal Line Advisors and Commercial Line Advisors. And you will be primarily managing on the Personal Line side.

The branch has a dedicated team of Personal Line Advisors and Commercial Line Advisors. And you will be primarily managing on the Personal Line side.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the Kelowna branch, including managing a team of 10-12 employees.
- Lead by example to foster a collaborative, productive, and client-focused environment.
- Manage a diverse book of Personal Lines (PL) and Auto insurance, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members handling Commercial Lines and support various office functions.
- Work closely with the current management to ensure smooth operations and transition planning.
- Drive new business development and contribute to the office’s continued profitability.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Personal Lines (PL) insurance brokerage.
- At least 3 years management experience within the insurance industry, leading teams and operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff.
- Proven ability to oversee a book of business and drive growth.
- Level 2 license or higher
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Competitive salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus opportunity to own your book of business
