We are currently seeking an experienced Field Materials Coordinator to support a large-scale industrial construction project in an owner’s representative environment. This is a site-based contract role focused on field material coordination, construction support, inventory readiness, and contractor interface activities within a major EPC project setting.

Position Overview

The Field Materials Coordinator will play a key onsite role supporting construction execution through effective material coordination, inventory management, and contractor engagement.

This is a hands-on field-focused position requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced industrial project environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate field material readiness to support construction activities
  • Monitor material status, receiving, storage, tracking, and inventory accuracy
  • Interface with contractors, suppliers, warehouse teams, and construction personnel onsite
  • Support material issuance and ensure timely availability for work fronts
  • Assist with identifying and resolving material shortages, discrepancies, and logistics issues
  • Maintain material records, reporting, and documentation accuracy
  • Participate in field walks and coordination meetings to support project execution
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures, safety standards, and site requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience in field material coordination within industrial construction or EPC projects
  • Strong understanding of construction material management processes and field execution support
  • Experience working in owner-representative or large capital project environments preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a site-based, fast-paced construction setting
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with material tracking systems and construction documentation processes
