Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an immediate long-term opportunity supporting complex healthcare information system initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, testing, organizational redesign activities, and healthcare systems integration.

This role will work closely with stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical resources to support healthcare transformation projects and workforce management system initiatives.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Canada. 

Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities including gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Analyze and document current and future state business processes, workflows, and capability gaps
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and organizational assessment activities
  • Develop recommendations for process improvements and organizational capability redesign initiatives
  • Create business requirements documents, process maps, workflows, training materials, and supporting documentation
  • Support quality assurance and testing activities including planning testing efforts, developing test scripts, and executing testing activities
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate system functionality against business requirements
  • Support integration testing activities involving healthcare information systems utilizing HL7 standards
  • Assist with implementation and optimization activities related to Kronos/UKG timekeeping systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, executives, and senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualifications
  • Valid PMP Certification
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management
  • 10+ years of experience in a business analysis role gathering requirements, documenting current and future state business processes and workflows, and identifying capability gaps in a project environment
  • 5+ years of experience performing analysis activities including facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions, developing training guides, and writing documentation
  • 5+ years of experience performing quality assurance and testing activities for information system projects including test planning, development of test scripts, and execution of testing
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating organizational capability redesign assessments and workshops, developing recommendations, conducting stakeholder reviews, and obtaining approval from executives and senior leadership
  • 1+ year of experience testing integrations between healthcare information systems using HL7 standards within a clinical environment
  • 1+ year of experience performing analysis, requirements gathering, and implementation activities related to Kronos/UKG timekeeping systems
  • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Criminal background check is required
