Aplin is partnering with a growing organization that provides specialized solutions to the multi-residential and commercial property sector to hire a Key Account Manager focused on Western Canada.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with experience working in the condo, apartment, and high-rise development space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities with key stakeholders in the multi-residential real estate sector, including developers, property managers, condo corporations, and building ownership groups.

The organization delivers integrated service and infrastructure solutions with long-term client partnerships designed to support improved building performance and operational efficiency across both new construction and existing properties.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships within the multi-residential sector
• Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with internal technical teams (e.g., engineers and specialists) to deliver customized solutions
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Manage account activity and pipeline through CRM tools
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Strong experience selling into the multi-residential or real estate/construction sectors is required
• Proven ability to build relationships with developers, property managers, condo boards, and building owners
• Strong consultative sales approach with solid business development and account management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
