This role is a blend of new business development and account management, where you will be responsible for generating new accounts and nurturing long-term client relationships. What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business through proactive outbound calls, networking, and client outreach.
- Conduct 50+ calls per day and schedule 5-10 client meetings per week to build a strong pipeline.
- Manage and grow the accounts you bring in, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Handle the full sales cycle—from prospecting and closing deals to onboarding and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and account growth targets.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in account management.
- Proven track record in a high-activity environment (cold calling, prospecting, and client meetings).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hungry, ambitious, and highly motivated by money and career growth.
- Ability to both generate new business and manage ongoing client relationships.
- Bonus: Experience in outdoor sales is a plus but not required.
- Toronto-based and willing to come into the office 2-3 days per week.
