Our client is seeking a Learning Specialist to support the execution, activation, and sustainment of enterprise-wide learning experiences. This role plays a key part in ensuring that learning from flagship programs and strategic initiatives is translated into practical, accessible, and reusable assets that can be embedded across the organization over time.
You will also act as a key point of contact for learner support and learning operations, helping employees and leaders navigate learning pathways, systems, and resources—while staying attuned to emerging learning practices and tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
- This is a hybrid role, expected 2-3 days on site
Learning Activation & Sustainment
- Support the rollout and long-term sustainment of learning from flagship programs and enterprise initiatives
- Ensure learning extends beyond live delivery and remains accessible, practical, and reusable
- Develop and maintain high-quality learning assets including microlearning, playbooks, toolkits, and resource guides
- Translate enterprise priorities and ways of working into actionable, role-relevant learning materials
- Embed learning assets into enterprise systems (e.g., LMS, onboarding programs, role-based pathways) to enable consistency and scalability
- Contribute to the evolution of learning pathways aligned to capability needs
- Support the design and execution of enterprise onboarding experiences
- Develop onboarding-related learning assets that reflect organizational priorities and culture
- Manage deployment, tracking, and maintenance of mandatory and compliance training
- Provide responsive learner support, guiding employees and leaders on systems, requirements, and available resources
- Assist in planning and executing learning sessions, including virtual/hybrid delivery and platform readiness (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Teams)
- Stay informed on emerging learning trends, tools, and AI-enabled development practices
- Contribute to ongoing improvement and refresh of learning assets and experiences
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise learning delivery, learning enablement, learning design, or program execution within a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them to practical learning solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise or role-based learning pathways, onboarding programs, or capability-building initiatives
- Proven ability to manage both execution and ongoing sustainment of learning assets
- Familiarity with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual/hybrid learning environments
- Awareness of emerging trends, including digital learning and AI-enabled capability development
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a learner-first mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort learning new systems and tools
