About The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a busy litigation practice. You will gain hands-on experience contributing directly to case preparation and file management. The position offers valuable exposure to complex litigation files, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs and performance.

About The Position
As a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to a senior partner and two associates focused on civil litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, correspondence, and court materials, as well as organizing binders and trial documents. You will coordinate discovery, trial dates, and meetings, conduct online registry searches, and manage both electronic and physical filing systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fully in-office setting.

The Requirements
  • Legal Administrative Assistant certificate from a recognized program
  • 3–5 years of legal administrative experience
  • Experience in civil litigation and trial preparation preferred
  • Proficiency with ESILaw, Worldox, and Microsoft Office (considered an asset)
Compensation
  • Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually
