Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are hiring an experienced Project Administrator to support a busy Project Management Office in a full-time, two-year temporary role for an onsite position in downtown Winnipeg.
This position is ideal for someone who can step in and contribute immediately, bringing proven administrative experience.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars, including booking rooms and organizing logistics
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, reports, and administrative documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation in line with standards
- Support communication and information flow between staff and service providers
- Track invoices, receipts, and administrative records; maintain logs and tracking tools
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment and access coordination
- Maintain office supplies, equipment inventory, and administrative systems
- Support day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Ensure records and documentation are accurate, current, and compliant
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment
- Experience supporting teams, managers, or senior staff
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and office logistics
- Proficiency with office software and administrative systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Criminal record check is required
