About the Client

About the Position
- Completes the day-to-day transactions - general accounting/property accounting
- CAM/Bank reconciliation, supporting AR and collections
- Budgeting for recoveries, Year end adjustments
- Support to Annual audit process
- 2+ yrs. of accounting within real-estate
- Experience working on a portfolio of enclosed shopping malls and/or retail spaces
- CAM reconciliation experience
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Accounting or related field
- Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Excel
- Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset
- Self-starter, demonstrates strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- $70,000–$85,000 + Bonus + Paid overtime!
- 3 weeks' vacation + Hybrid opportunity after probation
