Reporting to the director of finance, the senior financial analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the director of finance, the senior financial analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage financial proformas, cash flows, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for a portfolio of mixed-use developments.
- Assist with project underwriting and debt/equity procurement.
- Prepare detailed financial packages and liaise with appraisers, lenders, and external consultants.
- Collaborate with institutional equity partners for project approvals.
- Work across departments to gather and integrate data for project underwriting, presentations, and regular reporting.
- Assist in creating financial models from the ground up.
- Streamline and implement process and system improvements.
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
- Salary: $150,000 to $160,000
- 3 weeks’ vacation
- Discretionary bonus

- Designated CPA or CFA
- 5+ years of financial modelling and analysis experience
- Real estate experience is required
- Advanced excel skills
- 5 days in office role
