ABOUT THE CLIENT
Impact Recruitment has partnered with a top-tier real estate development firm that owns some of the most exciting real estate projects in Burnaby, Richmond, and Vancouver. They take pride in their collaborative and rewarding work culture and are currently looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team!

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting to the director of finance, the senior financial analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:
  • Manage financial proformas, cash flows, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for a portfolio of mixed-use developments.
  • Assist with project underwriting and debt/equity procurement.
  • Prepare detailed financial packages and liaise with appraisers, lenders, and external consultants.
  • Collaborate with institutional equity partners for project approvals.
  • Work across departments to gather and integrate data for project underwriting, presentations, and regular reporting.
  • Assist in creating financial models from the ground up.
  • Streamline and implement process and system improvements.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Salary: $150,000 to $160,000
  • 3 weeks’ vacation

REQUIREMENTS
  • Designated CPA or CFA
  • 5+ years of financial modelling and analysis experience
  • Real estate experience is required
  • Advanced excel skills
  • 5 days in office role
