We are actively recruiting temporary receptionists to support various locations with immediate, short term, administrative coverage needs. Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls, including handling inquiries and messages
- Greeting and screening visitors before allowing entry
- Assisting with general inquiries and minor first-aid tasks (e.g., providing ice packs, making calls as needed)
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing letters, and managing Excel documents
- Using PowerSchool for attendance and records (training provided)
- Supporting staff with general office duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability and patience in a busy front-desk environment
- Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and walk-in inquiries
- Basic administrative skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Prior experience in reception or administration is required
- Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
