Aplin has partnered with our client to recruit an Administrative Assistant based in Winnipeg for an immediate temporary to-hire opportunity. This position is within a well-established corporate organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other administrative staff
  • Calendar management, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Create reports, documents and presentations 
  • Assist the finance department as required 
  • Various administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate setting
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and be flexible to meet the depends of shifting priorities and schedules
  • Ability to confidently multitask
