Responsibilities: Contract Management:
- Manage 100-200 active contracts across many partner agencies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Utilize contract management software (e.g., Juro) to update templates, process renewals, and review funding agreements.
- Prepare and review claims to ensure proper alignment with existing agreements.
- Compile data and create detailed reports for funding and compliance purposes.
- Balance budgets with funding reports and ensure accuracy in submissions.
- Monitor agency compliance with contractual obligations and escalate issues as needed.
- Serve as the main liaison for government representatives, addressing questions and information requests promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and meet reporting deadlines.
- Provide direction and mentorship to other administrative staff.
- Work independently to identify priorities, research solutions, and implement processes with minimal supervision.
- Foster a positive team culture in a challenging and uncertain environment.
Qualifications: Experience:
- Proven background in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and working with contract management software.
- Experience in not-for-profit organizations or with government-funded programs is required.
- Strong experience managing complex reporting, balancing budgets, and preparing funding-related documents.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and team members.
