Aplin has partnered with our client to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Management team for an immediate opportunity for our Corporate downtown client. Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a support role and is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, anticipating the needs of the executives. Someone who takes initiative and loves a challenge within a highly demanding, fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant a strong sense of professionalism, poise and ability to work within a constantly changing environment is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Managing schedules and calendars for the Executive Management team, identifying priorities and resolving conflicts
- Daily meeting with the Executive Management team to provide updates
- Establishing and maintaining a records management system
- Coordinating and managing events, meetings, travel arrangements and catering
- Drafting correspondence via phone, email and fax
- Liaising with departments regarding the preparation of executive reports and follow-up to action items
- Gather information/research assignments are required
- General office administration as required
Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, respect and confidentially is a must
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills combined with strong attention to detail
- Keen problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with discretionary information with reliability and confidentiality
