CompuStaff’s Matt Munoz Named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2026 40 Under 40 List

Since joining CompuStaff in 2013 as an Account Manager, Matt has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth, helping expand its service offerings, enter new markets, and strengthen its position as a trusted technology recruitment and workforce solutions partner across Canada and the United States. Today, as Senior Vice President, he leads strategic growth initiatives, enterprise client relationships, and operations across multiple business verticals. 

Over the past 12 years, Matt has progressed through four leadership roles, contributing to significant growth across the organization. His leadership has helped expand CompuStaff into new markets, including Montreal and the United States, while strengthening the company’s nearshore delivery capabilities across Latin America. He has also played a key role in the growth of CompuStaff’s consulting, Statement of Work (SOW), and project-based delivery offerings, helping clients navigate increasingly complex workforce and technology challenges.
