Our client is seeking a Civil Project Manager focused on municipal water and wastewater construction. You’ll lead GC-side delivery from planning through closeout, balancing field execution with disciplined documentation, schedule control, and stakeholder communication to keep critical infrastructure projects moving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day GC project delivery from planning through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain safe, efficient progress
  • Manage schedule and cost controls; track progress, risks, and constraints
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client and consultant teams
  • Drive project documentation (RFIs, shop drawings, coordination logs, tracking)
  • Identify issues early and lead practical resolution in the field and in documentation
  • Maintain site presence as required to keep execution aligned
Required Qualifications
  • Project Manager experience with a mid-to-large General Contractor (GC experience required)
  • Direct water/wastewater construction experience (WWTPs, treatment facilities, pump stations, reservoirs, municipal utilities)
  • Strong documentation and coordination capability (RFIs, shop drawings, clear written communication)
  • Solid schedule and cost control skills in an active construction environment
  • Concrete experience is a strong asset
  • Preferred: Engineering background (Civil or Mechanical)
  • Preferred seniority: Strong PM for Edmonton scope; PM or Senior PM capability for Vancouver scope
  • Willingness to travel and be site-present as needed
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
