Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Administrator / Compliance Coordinator to join their Continuing Professional Development team on a part-time contract basis in Mississauga, ON.

This role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong attention to detail and experience reviewing and processing high volumes of submissions, transcripts, and records. The successful candidate will support CPD credit administration, direct credit entry, and member communication within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process continuing professional development (CPD) credit submissions, transcripts, and requests for special consideration
  • Perform detailed reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines
  • Complete high-volume direct credit entry and maintain accurate records within internal systems and databases
  • Communicate professionally with members and internal stakeholders regarding submissions, approvals, and documentation requirements
  • Manage multiple submissions and competing priorities while meeting established timelines
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing records and data
  • Provide administrative support to the broader team as required

Qualifications
  • College diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support and high-volume data entry
  • Previous experience reviewing and processing CPD credit submissions, transcripts, education records, or similar documentation is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review large volumes of information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and work with data effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment within established procedures and guidelines
  • Experience within education coordination, program administration, credential review, or college/university environments is considered a strong asset
  • Candidates must be located within the GTA to accommodate occasional in-office requirements in Mississauga
