Compensation
- Base salary between $60,000 - $70,000, rewarding your leadership and dedication.

- Lead and motivate a team of Personal Lines Brokers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help team members excel and grow
- Analyze and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client experience
- Monitor service quality, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements
- Support staffing decisions, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate training opportunities
- Promote a culture of respect, transparency, and community within your team
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulatory standards during standard business hours
- Alberta Insurance License Level 2 with at least 5 years’ experience in an insurance brokerage environment
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams
- Experience with Applied Systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
