Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a remote temporary role. This will support immediate healthcare transformation initiatives within a complex provincial healthcare environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare transformation, information systems, and operational improvement projects
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage engagement with large, multidisciplinary stakeholder groups including clinicians, physicians, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Facilitate change management strategies using Prosci ADKAR methodology to support adoption and sustainment
  • Develop communication plans, messaging, and engagement strategies for large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Oversee project reporting, governance updates, and steering committee presentations
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with patient safety, quality improvement, and system performance goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, and technical environments
Qualifications:
  • Valid PMP certification (Project Management Professional)
  • Valid Prosci ADKAR Change Management certification
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering information systems and operational transformation projects
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience delivering process improvement and patient safety healthcare initiatives impacting direct patient care
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with large clinical stakeholder groups (50+), including frontline clinicians, physicians, senior managers, and executive leaders on provincial-scale clinical transformation projects
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing communication strategies, change plans, and key messaging for large-scale organizational change
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience leading community health and primary care initiatives focused on improving healthcare outcomes
  • Minimum 1 year of experience implementing cardiovascular health projects, including strategic planning and project delivery activities
  • Criminal background check is required
