Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to support complex healthcare transformation initiatives within a provincial healthcare environment for an immediate term remote role.

Required Certifications:
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification
- Lead complex business analysis activities including current state assessment, future state design, gap analysis, and transition planning
- Develop operational service delivery models and synthesize findings for executive-level decision making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with clinical, operational, and executive leadership groups
- Consolidate stakeholder input and data analysis into clear recommendations for future state models
- Support organizational redesign initiatives including operating model design and capability assessment
- Develop business cases, financial models, and value stream maps to support decision making
- Design and support implementation of transition plans from current to future state models
- Lead or oversee business analysis teams within large-scale transformation programs
- Provide coaching, quality review, and direction to business analysts and consultants
- Minimum 10 years’ experience performing business analysis, including development of operational service delivery models, gap analyses, and future state modelling
- Demonstrated experience synthesizing stakeholder input and data analysis into executive-level presentations supporting decision making
- Minimum 5 years’ experience directly leading business analysts or business consultants in large-scale transformation programs with multiple concurrent projects
- Experience must include planning and assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and coaching team members
- Includes oversight of analysis work such as target operating model design, organizational design, process design, business case development, financial modelling, value stream mapping, and gap analysis
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in complex business architecture and modelling
- Includes direct engagement with executive leadership teams
- Facilitation of workshops and consolidation of outputs into future state models and transition plans
- Minimum 5 years’ experience facilitating organizational capability redesign workshops, including development of recommendations and executive-level approvals
- Minimum 6 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment
- Includes analysis of healthcare service delivery and supporting organizational change and transformation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing business cases for new initiatives, including defining evaluation indicators and option analysis
- Minimum 3 years’ experience performing strategic-level redesign of healthcare administration services and departments
- Must include experience working with clinical stakeholders
- Includes exposure to systems such as Pyxis upgrades and GE Pharmacy Centricity implementations
- Criminal background check is required
