- Compensation: $41,600
- Please note, this role is fully in-office in the client's Langley office
- Manage high-volume inbound customer interactions (80–100 interactions daily) via phone, and email.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, consignees, and drivers during active deliveries
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, logistics, and operations teams to ensure service level compliance and prevent delivery failures
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues in real-time, including route changes, escalations, delays, and scheduling adjustments
- Process customer and driver requests, including credits, adjustments, and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience while working within tight deadlines and fast-changing priorities
- Monitor ongoing deliveries proactively and escalate customer or driver concerns appropriately
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, drivers, and internal teams
- Accurately track orders, shipment details, PO numbers, and delivery updates using internal systems and logistics tools
- Utilize Courier Complete, Microsoft applications, and Google Workspace tools to manage daily workflows and communication
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience within a logistics, transportation, courier, dispatch, or delivery environment
- Previous experience supporting delivery operations, shipment coordination, dispatch teams, or routing processes is strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a reactive, fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities and last-minute changes
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
- Experience handling delivery escalations, customer concerns, and driver communication is considered an asset
- Familiarity with dispatch systems, delivery tracking tools, or transportation management systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Reliable transportation required, as the worksite is not easily accessible by transit
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work early shifts and additional hours as needed during peak periods
