Compensation & Benefits

• Texas: $18–$21/hr

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the storage facility, ensuring security, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Provide excellent customer service and manage tenant relationships
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
• Oversee rent collection, tenant leases, and accurate recordkeeping
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance with the Regional Operations Manager
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Take ownership of property initiatives and continuously improve operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
• Previous experience in property management, self-storage, or retail management preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
• Local candidates preferred – within reasonable commuting distance
