Join a growing Insurance Coverage Practice with a Clear Path to Partnership. Our client, a respected mid-sized law firm in Seattle, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Associate to join their expanding practice. With a strong foundation and a clear focus on excellence, this firm offers the opportunity to work closely with proven leaders, grow your practice, and move toward partnership.

You’ll be joining a team led by an experienced and reputable Partner. Also, due to a recent strategic hire, the book of business is rapidly expanding. This role will provide significant opportunities to support and learn from multiple Partners in the group.  

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle insurance coverage matters, including defending bad faith claims
  • Work directly with senior attorneys on complex files
  • Deliver high-quality work and client service across all stages of litigation
  • Contribute to business development efforts as you grow within the firm
What They’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of insurance coverage experience (policyholder or defense side – either is welcome)
  • Strong litigation, writing, and analytical skills
  • Initiative and a business-minded approach to practice
  • Desire and potential to move into equity partnership
  • Someone who wants to contribute to firm culture and future leadership
