Stacey Danley at Aplin is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for her Winnipeg-based client. This is an ideal role for an accounting administrator who thrives in small offices and excels at multi-tasking. This is a full-time permanent in-office position.

- Starting salary of $50-55k depending on experience

- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain professional relationships with banks, vendors, and clients.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Manage expenditures, track company assets, and reconcile credit card usage.
- Process payroll.
- Record journal entries and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with other office management functions as needed.
- 2+ years of experience with full cycle bookkeeping.
- Related post-secondary education is preferred.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and discretion.
