We are seeking an experienced Architect and Project Manager to lead our clients’ Federal Government practice across the Prairies. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with strong architectural and project management expertise, combined with a proven understanding of the federal government sector.
As the Sector Lead, you will play a key role in developing and expanding our federal government portfolio, building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with teams across Canada to deliver successful projects.
You will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring project objectives and quality expectations are achieved while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.

You will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring project objectives and quality expectations are achieved while supporting the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Federal Government projects across the Prairies and surrounding regions.
- Serve as a senior client contact, developing and maintaining strong relationships with federal government clients and stakeholders.
- Lead project teams through all phases of design and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and colleagues across Canada to leverage expertise and resources.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Federal Government market and identify new business opportunities.
- Support proposals, pursuits, presentations, and other business development initiatives.
- Provide project leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with federal government procurement practices, procedures, and project requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project-specific goals and business objectives.
- Represent the organization professionally within the architectural, construction, and federal government communities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) and professional architectural registration in a Canadian province.
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Federal Government projects.
- Experience working within a federal government, architectural, engineering, or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of various project delivery methods.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal government procurement practices and procedures.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities.
- PMP certification would be considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.
