With expertise in every facet of a commercial real estate practice, they are inundated with incoming work from a stable client base and are now actively looking to add another talented and eager associate to their team.

Compensation
- $142,000 - $190,000
- Both non-discretionary and discretionary bonus is available
Benefits & Perks
- 4 weeks vacation
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Managing and support a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including but not limited to acquisitions & dispositions, property development, financing for both lenders and borrowers, and leasing matters
- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 3 - 5 years of calls of post call experience, with a large emphasis on commercial real estate experience
- Be comfortable with a 1600 annual billable target
