We are hiring a Receptionist to join our client’s professional services team in Vancouver, BC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a polished, dependable professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for clients and visitors and takes pride in providing a welcoming, organized office environment. This position is fully on-site, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

About The Position
- Manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and guests.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are organized and prepared for meetings.
- Assist with office organization, records and external storage requirements.
- Support office events, social activities and other team initiatives.
- Assist with internal administrative processes related to new client and file matters.
- Provide backup support for online filing, registry and administrative processes.
- Prepare documents and complete general clerical and administrative tasks as required.
- Provide day-to-day support to the broader office team as needed.
- 3+ years of reception or administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Professional, polished and personable approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Dependable, punctual and conscientious with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable interacting professionally with clients, visitors and colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Salary up to $53,000, depending on experience
