Compensation
- $113,000 - $142,000, commensurate with experience
- Thorough benefits package
- Excellent opportunities to work on a variety of different disputes and extensive courtroom and trial exposure
- Independently handle smaller files from open to close while assisting senior lawyers on a diverse range of complex disputes, ranging from commercial disputes, insurance liability issues, real estate disputes, personal injury matters, estate litigation, and more
- Appear in court and contribute to hearings and other litigation processes (meaningful courtroom / trial exposure is expected)
- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 1 - 3 years of post call experience with a focus on general litigation
- Excellent drafting and interpersonal communication skills
- Willing and eager to learn and engage with the work!
