Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for plan sponsors and members, supporting daily administration of group benefits.
  • Resolve member issues, troubleshoot, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Gather and process member data and monthly billing statements.
  • Conduct plan audits and organize data for review.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email regarding plan details, eligibility, claims, and coverage.
  • Support members with online portals and insurance platforms.
  • Update enrolment information, manage member changes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate correspondence such as key letters, emails, and mail documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving team goals.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in group benefits
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookups, formulas, data management).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.
  • Previous CEBS certification is desirable but not mandatory.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience (expected salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience).
